True progress happens when understanding meets action
Do you ever feel overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure where you’re heading? Maybe your emotions and impulses take over, or you find yourself lost as a parent navigating the unknown with a neurodivergent child. You’re not alone — I’ve been there too.
Well into my leadership coaching career and corporate life, I was diagnosed with ADHD and autism. That discovery became the key to understanding myself, my daughter — who also has ADHD — and the challenges we faced. It helped me rebuild my relationships, career, finances, and mental health, and most importantly, regain my sense of calm. I’ve learned to love my label because it unlocked self-awareness, balance, and genuine wellbeing — and that’s what I now help others achieve too.
Whether you’re a parent supporting a neurodivergent child, a founder or leader in business, or someone seeking balance in daily life, my approach blends mindset and practical strategy so your world can thrive.
Why Now?
Life is too short to feel weighed down by anxiety or to face each day as if you’re in a battle. Many of the solutions to our challenges already lie within us, but it’s easy to lose sight of them in the rush of everyday life.
In our sessions, I provide a safe, supportive space for you to explore these challenges, gain practical insights about neurodiversity, and discover gentle, manageable steps that help you move forward with confidence and hope. Together, we focus on what’s possible for you, at a pace that feels right.
NeuroPath Framework
Relational Dimension
This area focuses on your relationships — with yourself, your family, loved ones, colleagues, and the people you interact with daily. Together, we explore communication patterns, emotional responses, boundaries, and connection styles so you can build healthier, calmer, and more fulfilling relationships. This work helps you understand yourself and others better, reducing conflict and increasing harmony.
Cognitive Dimension
This is where we look at how your mind works: your thought patterns, focus, overwhelm, executive functioning, and the beliefs that drive your reactions. By understanding your cognitive style — not trying to change it — we create strategies that fit you, strengthening clarity, decision-making, and emotional regulation. This helps you navigate life with more confidence, direction, and calm.
External Dimension
This area examines the outside factors that shape your wellbeing: environment, routine, sensory triggers, organisation, lifestyle, and the practical systems around you. Small adjustments here often lead to big changes in stability, comfort, and daily functioning. We design tailored solutions that support your needs, reduce stress, and make your everyday life easier to manage.
Why Work with Me
For a decade, I worked full-time as a senior manager, raising three children and all the while masking my own challenges—a practice that eventually took its toll, leaving me with severe anxiety. By the time I retrained as a coach, I often felt so anxious that even small tasks felt like climbing huge mountains. At other times, I would hyperfocus on a project or idea for months, only to burn out completely.
Parenting my daughter, who has inattentive ADHD, during her teenage years was incredibly challenging. Despite my early career in children’s learning and development, I often felt lost as a parent. My own diagnosis, alongside hers, motivated me to seek answers and deepen my understanding through studying neurodiversity. I was able to transform our relationship and my life in ways I never thought possible. The strategies and tools I have developed are the ones I also share with those I support, helping them navigate challenges, grow, and discover what’s possible for themselves.
During my coaching practice, I created a three-pillar framework—Relational, Cognitive, and External—to support neurodivergent individuals in a holistic way. It looks at relationships, thinking processes, and the environment, because everybody’s life is different and one-size-fits-all doesn’t work. This approach helps reduce barriers, build inclusion, and create strategies that truly empower people to thrive.

My Story
I’m a mum of three incredible kids and a wife who loves the little things in life.
But I’ll let you in on a secret: in between those moments in life, I often felt lost, like an outsider, and struggled with confidence. No one knew it, because I hid it so well that I even fooled myself into believing it wasn’t there. I would put on my brave face, go to work, throw myself into situations, only to break down as soon as I was alone.
The diagnosis changed my life. I spent two years coaching myself and building a life that truly works for me, supporting myself with tools and strategies that fit my needs. I learned to accept who I am, and now I’m not just happy in moments—I’m content and calm in life as a whole.
And that transformation is what I want for everyone facing a similar situation, whether for themselves or for their loved ones.
